You can contact the Seller at the e-mail address above. We usually reply within one working day.

Orders can be placed through the store 24 hours a day. No customer account is required.

To place an order, choose a book and its language edition, provide contact details and a delivery address, select a payment method and pay for the order.

The sales contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, of which you are notified by e-mail.

Prices include VAT and are expressed in the currency assigned to the given language edition. Prices do not include delivery, which is shown before the order is placed.

The store accepts electronic payments via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Przelewy24 (BLIK and Polish online transfers — for payments in PLN).

Order fulfilment starts once the payment is received. Unpaid orders are not sent to print.

Books in this store are printed on demand. Printing starts after payment and usually takes 1–2 working days, plus the delivery time for the selected country shown at checkout.

The delivery cost depends on the destination country and is shown in the order summary before payment.

Once the parcel is dispatched, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can check the order status through the link in that e-mail.

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason. Details and a model withdrawal form are available on the “Returns and complaints” page.

To meet the deadline it is enough to send the withdrawal statement to the Seller's e-mail address before the deadline expires.

The returned book must not show signs of use beyond what is needed to examine it. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of the goods with the contract under Polish consumer law.

Complaints (e.g. printing defects, transport damage) can be sent to the Seller's e-mail address with a description and, if possible, photos. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

The Seller is the controller of customers' personal data. Details are described in the Privacy Policy available in the store.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint mechanisms, including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms in force on the day the order was placed.
