We do not profile you and do not run automated marketing. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

We share data only with parties necessary to fulfil your order: payment providers (Stripe, Przelewy24 / PayPro S.A.), the e-mail service (Resend), infrastructure providers (Vercel — hosting, Neon — database) and the carriers delivering your parcel.

Some providers (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Neon) may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years from the end of the tax year); correspondence — until potential claims are time-barred.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (uodo.gov.pl) or your local data protection authority.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfil an order.

The store uses only essential cookies and similar mechanisms: remembering your language (NEXT_LOCALE cookie), the admin panel session (staff only), and your cart contents stored locally in your browser (localStorage — not sent to our server until you place an order).
