Who this book is for
Not for „parents in general”. For the ones who can see where this is heading.
You do everything and it keeps getting harder
You explain, you give in, you adjust your tone and your rules. The house gets quieter — and every month you have to adjust a little more.
A grown child who cannot start
Cannot call the doctor, cannot save money, cannot take a „no”. Not because they are lazy — because they never had to.
Helping in a way that gets in the way
You put a shelter over every difficulty. The chapter about the rock bird is about exactly what that shelter costs — and how to take it away without taking yourself away.
You don't want to parent the way you were parented
The belt and the flying slipper are out, that much is clear. The hard part is what goes in their place, so you don't end up begging.
What is not in it
No method that makes a child obey within a week, and no „just be consistent”. No medical advice either — where a doctor or therapist begins, the book says so plainly and gives the phone numbers.
What is inside
Fourteen chapters on what to do. The fifteenth is fifteen sentences — one per chapter and one above them all — for when you have forgotten the rest.

Father of two and, above all, a trainer of many mammals — including five of the most demanding mammals on earth: Dobermans. Once you understand the logic and tactics of training a Doberman, the human kind is a walk in the park.
How your copy is made
We print no stock in advance. This book is made because you ordered it.
- 1
You order
Choose how many copies you want, enter your address and pay. No account needed.
- 2
We print your copy
Orders reach the printer within 1–2 working days — on release day for pre-orders. We print exactly as many copies as were ordered.
- 3
We ship it
We pack the book, send it and e-mail you the tracking number. The same e-mail carries a link to your order status.
People rarely buy just one
This book gets passed to other parents faster than most presents. Several copies in one order travel in one parcel.
For a friend after birth
Instead of yet another set of newborn clothes. You can enter her address at checkout and we send the parcel straight to her.
For the grandparents
For the people who want to help but raised children in a different era. The chapter on boundaries takes fifteen minutes.
For the other parent
The hardest conversations about raising children happen between the adults. They start more easily when you have both read the same thing.
Copies from one order are packed together — you pay for shipping once.
Order a copyBefore you order
The questions we are asked most often. If yours is missing, write to us — we usually reply the same day.
When will the book arrive?
We keep no stock — your copy is printed only after your payment clears. Printing usually takes 1–2 working days, plus courier time: 2–4 days in Poland, 4–8 days across the European Union.
If you see a release date next to the price, the book is on pre-order: we take your order today and send it to print on release day.
Can I return a book that was printed just for me?
Yes. Printing on demand does not take away your right to withdraw. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.
Write to junior@aisigma.pro, send the book back, and we refund your payment together with the cheapest delivery option we offer. You cover the cost of sending it back. Full details are on the “Returns and complaints” page.
Is there an e-book or an audiobook?
Yes — you choose the format next to the price: print, e-book or audiobook. The e-book comes as EPUB (for e-readers and phones, including Kindle via Send to Kindle) and PDF (for tablets and printing). The audiobook is read by the author himself — in his own way, with asides and sarcasm you will not find in the text. You listen on our site, on your phone and computer — no app, no account, with your place remembered and lock-screen controls.
The file and listening access arrive right after payment (for pre-orders, on release day — the note next to the price says so). The e-book carries your name and has no DRM: you buy the file and read it on all your devices. The audiobook is a copy-protected stream: it plays only from your link, on any number of your devices, but cannot be downloaded as a file.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to every European Union country, and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping depends on the destination and is shown in the summary before you pay. For parcels outside the European Union the carrier may charge customs duty and local tax on delivery.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or — for payments in Polish złoty — with BLIK and online transfers through Przelewy24.
We do not offer cash on delivery: printing starts only once the payment is confirmed.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Tick “I am buying as a company” in the order form and enter your VAT ID — we e-mail the invoice once the payment is booked.
If you need an invoice as a private person, write to junior@aisigma.pro with your order number.
Does it work as a gift?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people buy it — for a new baby, for a friend after birth, for grandparents who want to help without stepping on toes.
Tick the gift option at checkout: you can then enter the recipient's address and a dedication, which we print and put in the parcel. The order confirmation and the invoice go to you, not to them.
We will tell you when it launches
The parenting book is on its way. Leave your address and we will write on launch day — one message, no spam.
Start with thirty seconds
Chapter five says: do not react for thirty seconds. It almost always resolves itself. That is enough to make tonight go differently than last night.
Printed after you order. Shipping usually within 1–2 working days.
